put house on the market just after xmas for 87952 and accepted 80K...tis a rental property so i couldnt afford to hang on long because as soon as my tennent found our he put his notice in leaving me with 2 mortgages to pay!!!. I did my calculations to work out what i needed to make in profit (without seeing too many £ signs) and then got it valued. Put my asking price about 2K below the valuation.
If i have sold it last year it would have probably gone for about 90K but hey ho never mind
