Neighbours overflow constantly running.....

and the pipe overhangs into my garden onto my patio. Did politely mention to neighbour on several occasions and his reply is 'not my problem'. It's annoying now, contstantly having to shout at the kids to come away as they think it's fun to get dripped on.

What's the next step, apart from sticking a cork in it!!

WHy is their overflow coming into your boundary? Surely they should divert it?

When we moved in here some guttering was missing so rain would come off our side straight onto neighbours wall. They were sick of it (previous occupants did nothing) so they put a metal sheet up that bounced all rain - noisily - onto our side wall and was making a damp patch!

First thing we fixed when we moved in after hole in roof!

Can you put something up to catch drips and run them back to him?

To be honest I don't know why it's coming into my boundry. Will suggest to DH whether we can divert it. Just wondered if it's allowed for overflows to be over a neighbouring property.

I think its trespass as they are not allowed to discharge water onto your property.

They should fix it or divert it so it doesnt run onto your property.
