No Hot Water

Hi all is there anyone who could tell me what my boiler dials should be set at...my son couldnt get hot water Xmas day and has messed about with my boiler...I am pretty sure he has done something.
I can post a pic...its an ideal logic boiler and im not having much luck on google.
Freezing cold showers are not fun.

Have you checked the pressure? It might need topping up.

I have no heating but luckily hot water.

Mine is an issue with the useless Hive thing, we just can’t get it to connect. Turned it all on and off multiple times.

I second checking the pressure in your boiler. Hope you get hot water soon!

Page 34-36 tells you what the knobs etc are and page 56 onwards (their page numbers) tells you about various faults etc.

The first dial says preheat...should that be on?

right hand side - turn dial and hold at reset position for 15 seconds then back to where it is. Then try hot tap
