almost tempted but don't want th let them think I would even consider paying current prices for the overpriced heaps of crap on the market currently

(they aren't even below 2006 prices round here yet!)

Are these New builds? The news about Taylor Wimpey and Barratt doesn't look too good - they look about to go into liquidation!

I know they have 1 block of new builds but it's small (about 17 properties) and obviously consists of small boxes in a below average location.

Maybe I'll ring and ask them

oh I took the multiple sellers the fact it says varied selection (I know I didn't say that sorry) and multiple postcodes to mean not
