Recent service. Just found this part. Engineer didn’t advise of any part being replaced. Just want to check that this piece hasn’t been overlooked to return to boiler. Boiler pressure 1.2 bar.

That’s not a boiler part so no need to worry. It’s a pipe fitting that has likely fallen out of his pocket or toolbox. Amusingly it’s called a draincock.
