Morning all.
I've had issues with water ingress under one of the windows of the house we recently purchased. We got the window checked and replaced the seals which did help but didn't solve the issue. Another builder came in and assured us the window is now water tight so we looked elsewhere. We've had the roof inspected, the fascia boards and gutters checked and everything is good. The last builder we had in thinks it might actually be coming in from the neighbors side.
I'm unsure how best to broach the issue, mainly because we don't know for sure the problem is on her side. We've had difficulties catching her home and I was wondering if posting a note through her door with my phone number on it would be a good idea?
