What sort of legal costs should I expect to incur when both buying and selling a flat?

Am in London and have been quoted £1185 for all the work related to selling our flat. Does this sound reasonable?

Sounds a lot tbh , we paid similar for a 4 bed house,does it include any extras like Stamp Duty and the sellers pack ?

It includes the HIP, cost to redeem mortgage, petty costs and costs on sale.

Get another quote or two from a recommendation , just as a comparison.

our costs were done as a % of the selling/buying price. Can't remember exactly - think it was 1% and 0.5%
