David Wilson part exchange

anybody had problems part exchanging with David Wilson , have they turned down your home for oart x & why or are there offers very low ?

is p/x not always low in these situations?

I expect it to be. Low , just wondering what others had experienced

Not David Wilson but the part exchange offer I had was 4-5% lower than estate agents valuations. Benefits of part ex are not having to pay estate agents fees (so 1-1.5% saved there), plus not having the worry of trying to buy a new build (date tba on completion) whilst in a chain which is an absolute nightmare!
