New kitchen...struggling with handle types etc!

So, within the new kitchen there will be wall cupboards, pan drawers, and cupboards (under sink etc)

So I had decided on knobs on all wall units, and cup handles on drawers/base units.

However what happens with cupboard doors at base level? Kitchen lady said probably bar type handles, but that would mean 3 different shapes on handle which makes me twitch a little.

How have you done it?

Other option would be knobs on all cupboard doors whether base or wall, and cups on drawers? Perhaps wider cups on bigger drawers (we have some 800mm and some 900mm) and smaller on the 600mm ones.

Should the tone of the taps and handles etc be matched?

We did knobs on cupboards/doors, and cups on drawers. Three types would look weird.

Yes, I agree. I can't remember what her rationale was for the bar handles, she knows what she's doing so there must have been one. But knobs are better. Fnar.

We have horizontal bar type handles on everything. We noticed it in one of the pictures in the brochure and thought how sleek it looked. Something like this. If you look on kitchen company websites you'll see examples of all different combinations so you can visualise it better.

I have knobs on cabinet doors (including built in fridge and freezer), cup handles are on all the drawers.

Also cup handle on pull out larder. Never seen a kitchen with bars, knobs and cup handles!

We had new kitchen in July and went with bar handles on all drawer and cupboards. Couldn’t cope with 2 different style of handles

In my favourite house I had the same knobs on all the cabinets.

For this house I'm having J pulls so no handles.
