Window dressing

I’m buying a new build. I’ve noticed from watching the property programmes, that often there’s nothing up at the windows in furnished homes.

Is this the fashion?

I will choose whatever I like but I’m just interested to know what’s in and what isn’t.

Don’t be fashion led, make it your home.

As in no curtains or blinds?🤔

Never noticed that and even if it were a trend or fashion, there is no way I would be following it!

What sort of property programs?
Some people (particularly in bespoke builds) prefer hidden blinds or shutters that fold away and are practically invisible in the daytime.
I am in a NB and like a dressed window. We have shutter blinds AND heavy curtains at the same windows.

Yes no curtains or blinds, especially in the kitchen diner with bifold doors. Unless the blinds are hidden perhaps.

I’m getting bifold doors and I don’t know what to have.
