What type of window behind kitchen sink

We are hoping to change our window behind the kitchen sink, this looks out onto a small part of the garden. I’m not sure what type of window we should go for, at the moment we have a aluminium window but it is very old, it has a top awning opening and then two opening panes below. I like this style but apparently this would not work well with Upvc as the frames would be too chunky. What windows work well for people behind their sink? A double awning? Sash? I’d like to be able to open the window for ventilation as much as possible.

Can you share a photo?
sash needs specific proportions to look right so that may not work for you.

We've just had new windows fitted about 6 months ago. Our kitchen looks out onto the garden / fields. We went for one side opening and then a big "picture window". They are fabulous, I feel like you get so much more light and see so much more compared to the previous windows where the frames really divided the view up.
