Anyone know what these stains in the bath might be?

These brown orange stains are jn the bath of my flat i rent out. Won't shift with bicarbonate vinegar, bleach or any other product i try. Any idea what they are or how can remove?

Is it an enamel bath that has chipped and these are rust.?

Maybe fake tan? But you’ve tried the bicarb/vinegar paste I was going to suggest.

Hair or eyebrow dye. Speaking from experience 🙄

Yeah I think thats what it might be. Any tips for removing ?! Its plastic so not rust
