Soil pipe / saniflo

Probably a crazy ask from one image but here goes...
The house we're buying needs quite abit of work, there are two current toilets and I was hoping to move one.
I think that one of the current toilets is a saniflo type thing.
Does anyone know what the attached image might be relevant for? Is it likely to be some kind of soil pipe? If so, is there a clue as to if a regular toilet or saniflo type?
I'm going to view again next week and trying to get a bit of a handle on the plumbing situation before deciding on what kind of expert to get in.

The brown pipe that is going into the black one, are soil, therefore it looks likely that the two white ones are possibly a wash hand basin and toilet.

@takeaflight thank you. Does the size of the white pipe indicate a saniflo type system or am I over imaging stuff?

Hard to say without knowing what is on/above the other side of the lh wall. Is that another soil pipe running along the top below the floor?

@Somersetbaker no idea, but thank you. I had this idea that if I knew what to look for then I'd take appropriate images next week, ask online and then know if I should get a drainage or building or some other type of specialist in.
None of this is a deal breaker in terms of the house, I love the house, it's more wanting to budget appropriately.
Aahh I hate not knowing what or who to do/ask.
