Just that really - can I hang a dado rail with just no more nails? Or will it fall off. Help!

It should be ok. It's not supporting anything, so it should stick with No More Nails.

I can confirm it works. The last people used it to stick it up all over our house. It pulled half the bloomin plaster off when we were trying to remove them all it was so stuck on!

Unless you want to use it high up to hang pictures from, then glue would be fine.

It is only as good as the surface you are sticking to.

A good, well prepared surface will allow a good bond and as a PP said, you will likely pull the plaster off the wall before the adhesive gives.
If you are trying to bond to a loose surface, flaky paint, wallpaper etc then it will not be as good or reliable.

Yes as dado is not very heavy. Consider removal though as it could tear off plaster with it.

Make sure you scratch through any paint first with a screwdriver of paint scrapper to key the surface or it will just stick to the paint and then the paint will fall off.
