Bromley/Orpington, Bexley, Sutton, or Ealing

We are a gay Chinese couple with a 1yo DS and we are looking for our home for the next 20 years (moving from zone 3 London). We have a budget of £800k and want a 4-bed house in case our family grows.

We are looking for areas that are commutable to London (Liverpool Street/Canary Wharf) with good schools - we know Orpington has a couple of super-selective grammar schools and Bromley as a whole has some good non-selective schools like Langley Park, Bullers Wood, and Hayes; Bexley has 4 grammar schools but heard the non-selective schools aren't too great; Sutton has 5 grammar schools; and Ealing has some good non-selective schools (Elthorne Park, Drayton Manor, and Ada Lovelace/Ealing Fields which are religious schools that accept non-Catholics)

Does anyone have any thoughts on these areas? I believe Bromley and Bexley are more right-wing so not sure if it's a good fit for a gay Chinese couple?

Are there any other areas you would consider?
