House layout

We have seen a house, viewing booked for this weekend.
The layout is two bedrooms on first floor, main bedroom has an en suite.
The attic has been converted to the third bedroom.
House looks great, is well within budget. Has a garage and brick built shed for all DP’s “essentials” 😄. House will need new windows and potentially other work dependant on survey.

The bedrooms on first floor are a great size even with the added en suite. The attic room I can use as home office and storage so I don’t feel we would be compromising on storage space too much.

Just asking what people think of this kind of layout please?

It sounds fairly standard, similar to mine in fact, what are your concerns about it?

Sounds great, space for everyone.
Has it got good storage: wardrobes upstairs and somewhere to put coats, ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc downstairs? Sometimes bedrooms are spacious because there are no cupboards.

sounds like a normal sensible layout.

I wouldn't want an attic bedroom for a 2 or 3 year old with parents on a different floor, but otherwise it is fine.

Thanks all. There will be no small children in the attic bedroom so all good.
