Hello,
I’ve been designing a bathroom with B&Q and, after the installer visited, the installation quote has shot up massively (by more than £2000).
They have said it is the “worst case scenario” as they don’t know what work will be needed to the walls when the current panelling comes down, and they’d rather charge more and pay me back than have to ask for more money half way through the refit.
Has anyone had a similar experience with B&Q? I’d love to know if anyone actually does get money back as I am highly sceptical.
Thanks!
