So I finally had the smart meter installed by British Gas. It’s been two days. I am concerned that the screen on the actual smart meter (not to be confused with the IHD screen) is blank. I press a button and it does respond on the screen. But other than that it is blank all the time. Is this normal? My electric smart meter is not like this and flashes and has a display.
My IHD screen still says awaiting data.
I am more concerned about the blank screen on the actual smart meter than the IHD screen.
