Kitchen unfinished after 2 months

My kitchen was delivered at the end of July and it's still not complete. The builder went off ill in early August and restarted work in late September. He comes for 1.5 - 2 hours once or twice a week, he was here last Wednesday and hasn't returned since.
He response is that he is sick and is trying him best. I accept he is unwell, physical injury, but I cannot take having an unfinished kitchen. The whole house is a mess.
Anyhong wrong with getting a few quotes and going with someone else?

Of course you can get someone else in if you like!

I had a rewire, replacement of rotting floor, new ceiling, new bathroom (as in we created it with new plumbing and walls) and kitchen moved and re-installed done in 2.5 weeks.

There is still some snagging bits left left like adding a door trim etc... but everything is in and fully working.

It shouldn't take 2 months.

Have you paid him anything yet?
