Why would a property on say rightmove and zoopla, appear in LIST form but not when you do map view?

I just want to add, it DID show on map view when it it was at a higher price. Now the price has dropped , it doesn’t . (I’ve checked this is the case on rightmove and zoopla)

Is it a rental? We always have loads of rental properties showing up when I filter on my v v small village but they are actually 80+ miles away. They don't appear on map view either.

Are You sure you remember to press LOAD MORE in map view?
