Can anyone tell me what this fly is please?

It’s not the best photo but they are quick little buggers.

I’ve had this issue for a while now and I have no idea if it’s down to the weather, area or if there’s just something massively wrong with my house.

I can’t work out what’s causing them. I don’t think they’re drain flies either.

Any ideas?

Just to add, I found, what I think was larvae this morning in my bath 🤢

Is it a fungas gnat? Hard to tell from pic

I’ve just had a look on Google and they do look similar but apparently fungus gnats come from house plants and I don’t have any, so I’m not sure!
