What switch is this?

I think this may be more of a key input than a switch , wondering if anyone has one of these and able to advise what they use it for please ?

I have no clue whatsoever..

Looks like a barrel key switch, often used on motorised shutters, or something that needs a security to enable / disable.

If you don't have the key, an electrician can open the cover and by-pass the switch to see what happens!
