Lounge layout

Hi,

I am looking at this house to possibly buy, but I just can't get my head around how the lounge could work, ie placement of sofas, tv etc.... floor plan attached. Anyone got a similar floor plan, or has any suggestions? Ive not been to view yet to get a feel for the space.

Sofa against the wall with the kitchen (or an L shape in that corner) with the tv by the window? I think you have to think of the area from the hallway door to the kitchen door as more of a corridor space than really part of the room, and work around that. Is it furnished in the photos?

Thanks for your reply, that's what I am thinking, I think im struggling as trying to picture it with my current furniture (3 seat sofa and cuddle chair) but might need to consider a change of furniture!

It is furnished in the photo, the window area has a desk for wfh, the sofa is a corner one, but with the corner bending on the left to create a corridor before the kitchen, and the tv in the middle of the longest wall 🤯

I put the plan in Google lens and the house it showed came up with this picture of the living room
