Hello, we are looking to move to Colchester from London. Can’t afford anything decent for us sadly.
we viewed some houses in Stanway and Braiswick. Stanway seemed a safe bet as most of the surrounding is new and shiny. However, we did really like a house in Braiswick, just by the primary school (which we would hope to use as well as the nursery attached - thoughts welcome on the school as well).
Can I ask for thoughts on the Braiswick area? The proximity to the station is great.
