After having found a good location in Beds to buy I was shocked by how much the prices went up in the past few months while London prices are coming down (we are talking 50k plus so everything got overpriced but no houses are selling, though).
So we researched further north and came up with St Neots, Huntingdon and Royston and we are about to have a look around. Any pointers/advice where to buy? We are after a 4 bed detached with big garden.
