Environment Agency Flood Risk

Sorry if this is a really stupid question, but we’ve just had some reports for our purchase back. It says, under surface water:

‘The Environment Agency and Natural Resources Wales models indicate a notable pluvial flood hazard at the property. Therefore, the likelihood and severity of risks to property or possessions arising from surface
flooding are elevated.’

Does anyone know where I can find the Environment Agency model they’re referring to? The Government website says it’s low risk when I search on there, and it’s surely the same model?

Local council websites.
Looks something like the pic and you can put in the postcode to find your area
