As I am not impressed with ours and want to make a more informed choice if we go with another agent

And no Dizzy I dont thing that there is !!

I would go on personal recommendation...I'm not sure if theres an independent body to give opinions.

We went on a personal recomendation and the estate agent that was selling the others on our road, thinking that we could undercut them and pinch their buyers!

But they got the price wrong, photos are awful, after a week it only got on their website today and is still not on right move and the sign is still not up.
