What colour would you call this

The door on the right with the black handle. Is this considered ‘Greige’

We were expecting white cabinets (as per door on the left) but for reasons unknown, we got this greyish colour

I am trying to force myself to like it but it’s a bit dull for me. It’s a new build house. The kitchen is coming with just cabinets. We are tiling and flooring ourselves and I wanted bright and cozy vibes.

Any suggestions on how to cozy up these dull looking cabinet doors?

No pics ?

It’s still under review. I guess they need to review before it’s added to the post?

It looks to have some green in ot on my phone. Made me think of 'bone' by farrow and ball. Here's a link, scroll to bottom and you can see a kitchen in it.

It’s maybe the lighting but i agree with @Seaside3theres a hint of green in there.

is this a new build that you’ve chosen the options for? Have they put the wrong doors on?

Mmmkaay · 28/08/2025 22:31

I prefer it to the white! Looks expensive and more like F&B. The white looks cheap I think.

If it is similar to the bon3 colour, I think it looks so good with the deep red/burgundy colours. Really warm and inviting.

Wot23 · 29/08/2025 00:46

almost impossible to colour match as everyone's screen will have slightly different colour quality.
Have you seen the other thread talking about "agate grey"? Kinda looks like that me to (a greenish grey)

SummerFrog25 · 29/08/2025 01:32

Do you know which company are suppling them?

personslky j think it's much nicer than the white.

you wanted bright and cozy, is that even possible?

Thanks all. I’ll be collecting one of the panels today and taking it to a paint supplier to confirm. But yes @Wot23it seems to be a greenish grey

Dove Grey?

PickleSarnie · 16/09/2025 10:48

It's similar to mine which is Dakar from DIY kitchens which is pretty much a match for F&B Hardwick white.

We have antique brass handles on ours which is a lot warmer than the black ones you have.

MrsSkylerWhite · 16/09/2025 10:49

Vaguely green.

augustalready25 · 18/09/2025 19:05

The lighting and my camera were playing tricks on me.
It’s a very light grey. Cement white I believe they call it.

It looks like the colour we used for the bedroom fitted wardrobes. They called it 'mussel' and has a very slight green hint to the grey (griege). I really like it, it's a restful colour and just a bit different to the usual picks for cupboard doors. We paired it with matt chrome handles, neutral walls and white paintwork. For a kitchen, I'd probably have an oak worktop or floor to keep it feeling natural and warm, but that might not be what you're wanting.

Thank you! Yes that’s what I am hoping to be able to do - warm it up with neutral paint on walls and wood affect tiles.

I went to the suppliers directly today - the colour is superior matt white grey. So no green at all. The lighting was playing tricks on me which was disappointing as I like green tones
