Old leaking conservatory - want to replace with timber frame structure

Any ideas? Anyone done a similar thing?

Was it twice the price?

I've been having a quick google but Im going around in circles.

We've a nasty old metal one as well, it is like a sieve when it rains hard

Wood is brilliant cos you can repair it - the metal ones, once the seals go that's that. Useless!

I'll be interested to see what others suggest. You would presumably have a brick base and then windows on the upper half.

I'm not sure ATM as Dh wants to knock the whole down. He's a bit dramatic when it comes to building ideas!
