We are looking to move to the North Somerset area and are particularly keen on Norton St Phillip and Beckington.
Firstly, I would be very keen to hear from anyone in these areas as to where children go to secondary school as this is a very important factor in deciding where we would like to move to. Unfortunately we are not in a position to be able to afford private school so I am interested in the state options and whether parents in these areas get their first choice of secondary schools.
Secondly, I would also love to hear any recommendations of other similar villages in the area to consider. We are ideally looking for a village with a community feel, a pub or two and a convenience shop nearby for when I inevitably forget the milk!
