Floor plans- app?

We are drastically remodelling our house, I have plans from the architect and I wish to mess around with furniture layout.

Is there a better way to do it than graph paper? Because my plans are not planning (or I’ve misplaced a window somewhere 😁)

Ideally an app where I can upload the plan and it renders it from the scale and I can drag and drop furniture until my heart is content

Ask your architect

They will be able to point you to some good ones and may even provide you with access to a paid one as part of their service to you

Sadly I won’t be using the architect again or paying them anymore money (long story) so I need another idea!

Have you posted before about your Reno?

this is bringing back memories of an op with an architect that appeared to have done little more than done a basic drawing on the back of fab packet with no room dimensions!

boot room? Have to go through about 4 rooms to get to the toilet?

Sketchup is the most user friendly.

We had a disaster with architects too, one of them drew a garage too short for a car to fit in - when we queried it he said “I thought you could use it for storage” 🤦🏼‍♀️

Roomstyler.com

just draw out your floor plan then move different furniture round... the carpets bit can be very hit or miss though.
