Hello. Can someone suggest what the best way to modernize a staircase including the steps themselves, balustrade and spindles would be and the rough cost with metal spindles? Looking for a carpenter in London who can do this for me, don't have budget for Neville Johnson.
It Is a single staircase with 2 turns. I want to change from a full to a half riser.
