Looking to get a Solidor composite door. One of the colours on offer is Schwarzbraun which is described as a dark brown/black colour. The salesman said to me he can’t see any brown in the colour, just a different black compared to the black. I thought you could definitely see the brown tinge. Can’t decide out of the two which one to go for but leaning towards the Schwarzbraun as I do feel it’s a softer colour. We have a late seventies mock Georgian detached with the door on the side. Was also looking at the blue but not sure it’s a dark enough blue. Want a colour that is classic and not a fad colour.
