I guess I've just been so unlucky as they seem to have a good reputation. I had kitchen planned, joiner visit, finance in place etc and just needed a date booked when I get told that there were parts out of stock that it would take months. I sent an email asking about the status after two months, and didn't get a reply. Then at three months, I send an email and get a reply saying yes, everything is back in stock. I think it's unlikely it became available that day so I just have the impression they'd never have followed up with me. Then I say I want to go ahead with it. They send me a contact to sign. I respond that day. And nothing for weeks. I've sent a follow up email. All polite emails I've sent. It's so frustrating. I started this back in February. I think I'll just try again once more contacting them then go to another company.
