Bathroom Reno- uneven wall

Bathroom fitter did not identify and fix a wall which was 4cm out of true which has led to a load of problems. This was only identified when the tiler came out but by then it was too late to fix and now we have a leaky shower as a result.

This is my first Reno and in future I will know to ask them to straighten the walls, but should a bathroom fitter (who also does building work, plumbing and electrics) have identified it and fixed it in the initial phases of the project?

What, if anything, can I do now?

That sucks. A good fitter would identify the issue and raise it. Perhaps fixing it would be out his quote, but they should definitely pointed out the issue and let you decide.
That said, can you be more precise where the leak is coming from in your shower? Is this something you can fix with some sealant to we are talking remove tiles type of work?

it’s basically meant he’s totally bodged the shower enclosure and not fit it to manufacturers instructions. Hoping he can fix it with some extra sealant but I’m glad I’m not mad and it’s not all my fault and actually he hasn’t really done his job properly.
