Is there anyway of finding out who a land lord is of a property or who the letting agents are?

You can find out who owns a property from land registry for about £8

Buy the title from the land registry. Don’t be surprised though if it has the rental property address as the landlords address. You will find out their name at least and can do some sleuthing on social media.

Agent, no. Best chance is to Google the address and hope an old rental ad comes up.
