has anyone had condensation between double glazing before?
We cant afford new windows if I get the glass replaced and the rubber gaskets replaced around the rest of the windows would they be ok again?
also does anyone know if that would be very expensive or not roughly the window is only quite small its a top opening one.

Its a common problem as windows age - you should be able to get the sealed unit replaced within the frames.

Call a few local builders/window companies for quotes. IME local is better than big names for these types of jobs. I had a unit replaced in a door approx 1m x 50cm and it was just over £100 including fitting.

Yeah, had it with patio door. Glazier told me what to buy, sealed unit from local window supplier. £140 plus £50 to fit (10 minute job).

Really common on older windows and usually fixed quickly and relatively cheaply.
Had it happen on newer windows but covered by the 10yr warranty.

Its a blown window, pretty common.

Can be unsightly but its not a major problem, its not something you need to fix with any urgency.
