I've recently bought my first home, and need to get the loft boarded.
It's partially done, but worried it hasn't been done well as there's boards cracking and we don't know if the insulation is squished.
We've just had water tanks etc removed, so now is a good time whilst it is empty.
We also need a bigger hatch and ladder installed, so definitely not a DIY job for us.
I've arranged for Instaloft and the Attic Guys to survey and quote for the job.
Any recommendations for other local companies I should consider?
Any horror stories of people to avoid?
We are CR0 postcode, just bordering SE London.
New to the area so don't know many people locally to ask, and im not trusting the local Facebook group just now.
