Sorry for the boring thread...
We ordered some kitchen units for a new utility room from wickes, discovered one of them didn't fit, so I contacted wickes to ask if we could return it (it had been assembled but not damaged and the box thrown away).
They sais yes someone would contact me to arrange collection and just to pack it up in alternative packaging...
I thought, Brilliant!
But now they've refunded me, and nobody has contacted me to arrange collection... that was a week ago.
Anyone had this?
