If you have quarry tiles...

..how do you clean/care for them? Our new house has cherry red tiles in the utility, kitchen and boot room. I like them - they're in good condition so want to keep them looking good. I've done a bit of googling which has suggested some expensive jollop which is complicated to apply. Is there something simpler? Currently just mopping or wiping and drying with microfibre cloths.

You can get a kind of liquid sealant, which isn't difficult to apply and you can choose a matt / satin / gloss finish? It makes them less porous, so easier to clean.

I used to just mop mine. I thought they were a low maintenance option

@Beachtastic thanks for this, looks good! I've bought some grout cleaner in this brand so I'll give it a go.

That's what I do now, mop through with either diluted bleach or disinfectant. They just look a bit dull and cloudy.
