I hope everyone is well.
Ill try give as much context as I can and hopefully someone can point me in the right direction here.
In march my current landlord told me I had to leave my home, basically the house is in severe disrepair due to them not meeting their legal obligations and as a result of me going to the environmental health i was told to leave, I was offered a property through a housing association, I accepted, I was told back in may that the property would be ready early july, I let the current landlord know they said this was fine, in june however the current landlord took me to court to pursue eviction, I was then told by the court I had to leave now by this Friday 25th july, the housing association told me I would receive the keys to the new property yesterday (21st) as of yet I have no keys, I emailed the lettings officer yesterday and he said he would chase it up but I've still not heard anything, im starting to panic now with 3 kids and this date of the 25th over me and now I'm thinking what if I dont get the keys before then, what will I do. Any advice on the next steps I can take would be fabulous
