Organisation/ project management apps for moving & renovation

We’ve taken on quite a big project. We are currently living in a flat which we want to let out and move into a house which is a renovation project.
it’s all quite a big undertaking as the flat needs renovation before it can be let and so the logistics are complicated.
Does anyone have an app they recommend for getting organised? Things like inputting timelines with to do lists, pictures, links etc? Ideally one I can share with DH.
Im a newbie to this and everything seems a bit scattergun at the moment, need to have a much clearer picture. Thanks.

I mostly use excel as I can tailor the spreadsheet the way I want. I also dump emails end invoices into chat GPT to help me sum thing up and categorise them, and reconcile to original budget. So far, things are manageable.
You can also try Trello, but their free version is a bit limited.
