Vertical crack

So our exterior wall has a vertical crack running down the brickwork. It’s between the extension and original wall. The bedroom has also got a crack between walls and coving is coming off.
Had structural engineer and advised us to cut trees down. This has been monitored and engineer reported the crack have significantly closed. However, we have noticed the cracks have got slightly bigger. Could this be the hot weather. Would something like epoxy injection be possible to use?
We are wanting to sell house soon.
Thank you.

You need an expert but if you have lots of clay in your area or shrinkable soils that have dried out in this hot weather it can sometimes cause cracks.
Look around the older houses in your area and look at the geology and soils in your area perhaps

We have similar. Waiting for structural engineer. Vertical crack externally where single extension meets house. Also internally at same points.
