Which property would you buy?

Apartment 1 is €250,000 euros, 3rd floor top floor, balcony, 105 square meters, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and bathroom with just toilet and sink or Apartment 2 is €264,000, 2nd floor from 5 floors, 126 square meters, 3 bedrooms, 1 of those has an ensuite, 1 bathroom.

3 bed but i'd want to know which way they face eg south an sunny or north and cold

I'm ridiculous when it comes to noise so would only ever go for a top floor

Apartment 2, because I like space. Gives you more options if you have a visitor or need to let a room etc.

Need more info to judge. Location, layout, aspect etc. Lift or stairs?

Also what is most important to you? Bedrooms? Private bathroom to main room? Is this a place you will be entertaining visitors or is it for you and immediate family? How is the sound insulation?

I'm a sucker for a balcony so I would say 1.

Outside space is so good for mental health that, if I had no pressing reason to need the third bedroom, I would go for the balcony.

One on the top floor, outside space and you can’t hear anyone above you.
