New windows - what would you do

We are currently renovating our new home and have had new windows installed, we went for a higher end product - style/type of window.

they been installed last week and on inspection of the them there is some damage where the frames themselves are marked.

Amongst a list other things such as with the windows such as loose fitment, loose handle, scratches on the glass, twisted inner rubber sills.

my question is what would you expect to be done about the damage on the frame and window sills - it’s a lot of money spent for them to be fitted and damage has happened because of lack of care taken when fitting

I’d expect them to be replaced.

Thank you, it’s what I have been thinking I’d be happy with outcome wise - just wasn’t sure if that was a un-reasonable expectation.

Either fully fixed or replaced. I would expect perfect windows at the end of the fitting. (Assuming fitting was done by the window supplier).

Yes fitted and supplied by the same company.

Get them back to put right the damage. You shouldn’t have to put up with them if they aren’t correct. If not fixed it will always annoy you

I had a major glass company put the wrong glass in, not the required safety glass which I had paid for, who then tried to tell me I was in the wrong

check for the kite mark in the windows that should be safety glass
