Our buyer pulled out today, we've gone back on the market but obviously our listing is showing as added from a few months ago so any current searchers wont see it as they likely have recently added filters on.
Should we reduce straight away to get into searches inboxes? We can afford to. It took us about 4 weeks to sell last time with about 12 viewings and 2 offers.
Our worry is that our onward purchase was only accepted 3 weeks ago and it went to sealed bids 3 days in which we won. We are pretty early days and the vendors wont struggle to sell if they relist.
Should we tell our vendor now or wait until we have a new buyer?
We want this new house so badly!
