My partner and I have had an offer accepted on a house between Plaistow station and West Ham Park. We love the house and the area seemed ok when we visited but would love to hear what other people think. We’ve heard mixed opinions on safety and crime. We’re thinking of having children in a couple of years, so we’d like to stay there for at least the next 5+ years. We’ve looked at other areas (e.g. Leytonstone, north of Forest Gate, Penge etc) but can’t afford them. Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks!
