We have a rectangular softwood deck which always looks shabby, even after annual painting. We’ve got pretty fed up of the maintenance and shabby appearance and have had a quote to replace the deck. It’s 16 m2 and we’ve been quoted 2600 for composite or 3900 for Millboard-is Millboard that much better? The deck is very simple, just a rectangle next to the house at ground level. Do these prices seem reasonable?
