Hi- need some advice please from people who know flat roofs. Replacement 3 layer flat roof done a few months ago and there are some raised bits that are a bit spongy to touch. I’ve been back to the roofers who said it’s just where the rolls overlay each other.
They’ve not been out to look.
They seem a good company and has 10 year guarantee.
Shall I go back to them and ask they visit in person or is it okay?
