Walderslade locals pls - how much would you pay for this pls?

Hi,

Thinking of viewing this house but noticed they hadn’t received any offers which worried me slightly. Anyway it’s on for £600k which is more than I’m willing to pay but I wondered how much others would offer for this.

The property was bought by a developer and then revamped.. how much would you pay for this property please? And would anything about the property worry you? I’m not from the area so would like your thoughts, thanks

I don’t know the area so can’t comment on the pricing except to say, look at what other houses in the area have sold for or are being marketed for.
questions for me would be:
why are rooms ‘digitally staged’? If it’s been refurbished, show me the pristine refurbishment!
what price was it bought at? What profit are they wanting (trying) to make?
it mentions an outbuilding in the particulars but no positioning on the floor plan or photos. Did they mean the boiler room?
presumably it’s a family member of an employee so I reckon they’re chancing their luck to get a higher price than the market is willing to pay.
easy access to the motorway to me means you’ll hear road noise all the time.
it does seem to be very near to Rochester airport, not sure how busy that is but definitely worth exploring

@feralcat19 hey! So I actually viewed the property and it has been refurbished but nothing spectacular. A similar house on that road has sold for under 500k. They bought the house in nov24 for £375k but I’m struggling to see anything spectacular that they’ve upped the price by £225k. I’m just really confused about value really and what to offer..

Sounds like they’re taking the p*ss then
